When you use the free generator, you may enter a company name and registration number to create a stamp. When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, together with your order details.

How we use your data

  • To generate your stamp artwork and make it available to you.
  • To process, produce and deliver your order, and to keep you updated on its progress.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
  • To keep records required for our legitimate business and legal purposes.

Generated files and retention

Stamp images and print-ready files you generate are stored on our server for 7 days so they can be attached to your order and emailed to you. After this period they are automatically deleted. Order records and correspondence are kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law.

Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the website, process payments, or deliver your order, and only to the extent needed for those purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law.

Protection

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect personal data in our possession against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information appropriately.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw consent to our use of it. To make a request, please contact us. Withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to complete an order or provide certain services.
