How to use the company stamp generator

Our generator turns your company details into a clean, round company seal in seconds. You can use the result as a free digital stamp, or order a physical rubber stamp built from the same design. Here is exactly how it works, from first keystroke to delivered chop.

Step 1 — Enter your company name and registration number

Start on the home page and type your company name into the first field. As you type, the preview redraws instantly, curving your company name neatly around the top of the seal. Next, choose a registration label — common choices in Singapore are “Co. Reg. No.”, “Registration No” or “UEN” — and enter your registration number. The label and number appear in the centre of the stamp. If you prefer a clean seal with no centre text, choose the “Blank” option and the middle is left empty.

Step 2 — Pick your ink colour

Select black, blue or red. Black is the traditional choice and reads clearly on almost any document. Blue is popular where a stamp needs to be distinguished from black printed text or signatures, and red carries a sense of formality and authority. The colour you pick is applied to the whole seal in the live preview and carried through to both the PNG and any physical stamp you order.

Step 3 — Download your free transparent PNG

When you are happy with the design, click Download transparent PNG. You receive a high-resolution image with a transparent background, which means you can drop it directly onto invoices, quotations, letters, certificates and PDF contracts without an opaque white box behind it. There is no sign-up, no watermark, and no cost. This digital stamp is ideal for paperless workflows and email attachments.

Step 4 — Unlock the print-ready PDF (optional)

If you have been given an access code, enter it under the preview and click Unlock PDF. The system generates a true-size, print-ready PDF of your stamp with crop marks and a cut guide, sized exactly to 22mm or 34mm. This file is what a stamp maker needs to manufacture an accurate physical stamp.

Step 5 — Order a physical rubber stamp

To get a real stamp delivered, head to Buy Physical Stamp. Re-create or adjust your design, then choose the size (22mm or 34mm), ink colour, quantity and delivery speed. The price updates live, and you will see an estimated delivery date for both the Fastest and Cheapest options. Add the stamp to your cart, proceed to checkout, and choose PayNow or card/PayPal. Once your order is placed, we produce the stamp from your print-ready artwork and deliver it across Singapore.

Tips for a clean result

• Keep your company name accurate and complete — it is the most prominent text on the seal.
• Use the exact registration number that appears on your official records.
• If your name is very long, the generator automatically reduces the text size so everything fits around the ring.
• Choose 34mm if you want a more prominent impression, or 22mm for a compact, everyday chop.
