These Terms & Conditions apply when you order a physical company stamp through this website. Please read them together with our Terms of Use and Refund & Delivery Policy.

Placing an order

When you add a stamp to your cart and complete checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the stamp as designed, in the size, ink colour and quantity you selected. We confirm receipt of your order by email with a reference number. A contract is formed when we accept your order and, where payment is required upfront, when payment is confirmed.

Design accuracy

Your stamp is produced from the design you create, including the exact company name and registration number you entered. Please check your design carefully before ordering. We are not responsible for errors in the information you supplied, such as a misspelt company name or an incorrect registration number.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars at checkout and reflect the size, quantity and delivery speed you choose. We offer PayNow and, where enabled, card or PayPal payment. For PayNow orders, our team will contact you to confirm the amount and provide payment instructions; production begins once payment is confirmed.

Production and delivery

Production starts after your order and payment are confirmed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are calculated in business days plus standard handling and exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed delivery dates, as courier timelines can vary.

Cancellations and changes

Because each stamp is custom-made to your design, changes or cancellations may only be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference if you need to amend or cancel an order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your stamp arrives damaged, or differs from the design we confirmed due to a production error on our side, contact us within a reasonable period and we will arrange a replacement. Please refer to our Refund & Delivery Policy for full details.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
