Refund & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how delivery, refunds and replacements work for custom company stamps ordered through this website.

Delivery

We deliver across Singapore. At checkout you can choose between a Fastest and a Cheapest option, each showing an estimated delivery date. These dates are calculated in business days plus our standard handling time and exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are given in good faith; actual delivery depends on courier schedules and your address, so occasional variation is possible.

Order tracking

After you order, we send a confirmation email with your reference number and your stamp artwork. We will keep you informed by email as your stamp moves through production and dispatch.

Custom-made items

Every stamp is manufactured to your specific design, including your company name and registration number. As a custom-made product, a stamp generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, in the same way an off-the-shelf item could.

Refunds and replacements

We want you to be satisfied with your stamp. We will provide a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund in the following situations:

  • The stamp arrived damaged or defective.
  • The stamp does not match the design we confirmed with you, due to a production error on our side.
  • Your order could not be fulfilled and payment had already been made.

Where the error was on our side, we cover the cost of putting it right. Where a stamp is incorrect because of information you provided (for example, a misspelt name or wrong registration number), we will do our best to help but cannot offer a free replacement.

How to request help

Please contact us with your order reference and, if relevant, a photo of the issue, within a reasonable period of receiving your stamp. We will respond within one business day and explain the next steps.

Payment for PayNow orders

For orders placed using PayNow, production begins only after payment is confirmed. If you decide not to proceed before paying, simply let us know and no charge will apply.
