These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and the free stamp generator (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the generator

The stamp generator is provided to help you design a company stamp for your own legitimate business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the company name, registration number and any other text you enter. You must not use the Service to create a stamp that impersonates another business, infringes someone else’s rights, or is intended to deceive or defraud.

Your content and designs

You retain ownership of the company details you enter and the resulting stamp design. By using the Service you confirm that you are authorised to use that information and to create a stamp on behalf of the business it represents. We do not claim ownership of your stamp artwork.

Free downloads and paid orders

Designing a stamp and downloading a transparent PNG is provided free of charge. Where you place an order for a physical stamp or unlock additional files, the applicable price and any related policies shown at the time of your order will apply. Prices are quoted in Singapore dollars.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the Service without notice, for example for maintenance or improvements.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its normal operation, submitting automated or excessive requests, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, or for any inaccuracy in a stamp resulting from information you provided.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
